Georgia Capital PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 40,000 of its own shares on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from 972 to 991 pence per share. The repurchased shares are set to be cancelled later this month, which will leave 40,907,605 ordinary shares in issue and reduce the total number of voting rights in the company to 40,381,395. This buyback is part of a previously announced programme from May 2024, aimed at reducing the company’s share capital.
