Georgia Capital PLC ( (GB:CGEO) ) has issued an update.

Georgia Capital PLC has continued its share buyback and cancellation programme, with Deutsche Bank AG’s London branch purchasing 40,000 ordinary shares on its behalf between 7 and 10 April 2026 on the London Stock Exchange. The purchases were executed at volume-weighted average prices ranging from about 3,842p to 4,035p per share during the four trading days.

Following the settlement and cancellation of these repurchased shares, Georgia Capital will have 34,369,357 ordinary shares in issue and no shares held in treasury. This reduction in share capital supports the company’s broader capital management strategy and is likely to enhance shareholder value by increasing ownership concentration and potentially improving per-share financial metrics.

The buybacks form part of an ongoing authorised programme, indicating continued management commitment to returning capital to investors alongside portfolio investment activities. For stakeholders, the move underscores the company’s confidence in its valuation and balance sheet, while also modestly tightening the free float through reduced shares outstanding.
