The latest announcement is out from Georgia Capital PLC ( (GB:CGEO) ).
Georgia Capital PLC has continued its share buyback and cancellation programme, with Deutsche Bank AG (London Branch), trading as Deutsche Numis, repurchasing 10,000 ordinary shares on 7 January 2026 on the London Stock Exchange at a volume-weighted average price of 3,083.925 pence per share. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury pending their weekly cancellation, bringing treasury shares to 30,000 and leaving 34,864,357 voting rights and 34,894,357 ordinary shares in issue, a move that marginally reduces the company’s free float and may enhance earnings per share and capital return for existing shareholders over time.
