Georgia Capital PLC ( (GB:CGEO) ) just unveiled an update.

Georgia Capital PLC has executed another tranche of its ongoing share buyback and cancellation programme, repurchasing 10,000 ordinary shares on 22 December 2025 on the London Stock Exchange at a volume-weighted average price of 3,045.64 pence per share. The transaction, carried out by Deutsche Bank’s London branch trading as Deutsche Numis, will see the shares held in treasury pending weekly cancellation applications, leaving 10,000 shares in treasury, 34,954,357 voting rights and 34,964,357 ordinary shares in issue, a move that marginally reduces the company’s free float and can be seen as a signal of capital return to shareholders and confidence in its own valuation.
