Georgia Capital PLC has continued its share buyback and cancellation programme, with Deutsche Bank AG (London Branch), trading as Deutsche Numis, repurchasing 10,000 ordinary shares on 19 January 2026 on the London Stock Exchange at a volume-weighted average price of 3,297.3885 pence. The repurchased shares will initially be held in treasury pending their cancellation, bringing treasury shares to 60,000 and leaving 34,784,357 voting rights and 34,844,357 ordinary shares in issue, a move that marginally reduces the company’s free float and can enhance earnings per share for remaining investors.
