Georgia Capital PLC has cancelled 50,000 of its ordinary shares previously held in treasury as part of its ongoing share buyback and cancellation programme, in line with UK company law and listing rules. Following this cancellation, the company now holds 20,000 shares in treasury, has 34,964,357 ordinary shares in issue, and reports 34,944,357 voting rights, a move that marginally reduces share count and can enhance value for existing shareholders by increasing earnings per share and voting power concentration.
