Georgia Capital PLC has cancelled 50,000 ordinary shares held in treasury as part of its ongoing share buyback and cancellation programme, in line with provisions of the UK Companies Act and listing rules. Following this transaction, the company now holds 30,000 ordinary shares in treasury, with 34,704,357 ordinary shares in issue and 34,674,357 voting rights outstanding, slightly increasing the relative ownership of remaining shareholders and tightening the free float.
