The repurchased shares will be held in treasury pending weekly cancellation applications, bringing treasury shares to 50,000 and leaving 34,844,357 voting rights outstanding from a total 34,894,357 shares in issue, a move that marginally enhances existing shareholders’ proportionate holdings and underscores the company’s ongoing capital return strategy.
