Georgia Capital PLC ( (GB:CGEO) ) has issued an announcement.
Georgia Capital PLC has continued its ongoing share buyback and cancellation programme, with Deutsche Bank’s London branch purchasing 10,000 ordinary shares on its behalf on 4 March 2026 at a volume-weighted average price of 3,706.1849 pence. The trades, executed on the London Stock Exchange, ranged between 3,620 and 3,732.5 pence per share and are intended to reduce the company’s share capital over time.
Following this latest transaction, Georgia Capital now holds 40,000 ordinary shares in treasury, with 34,664,357 voting rights remaining in issue out of a total 34,704,357 ordinary shares. The buyback supports capital management and may enhance earnings per share for investors, while modestly increasing existing shareholders’ proportional ownership in the company.
