Geologica Resource Enhances Financing Terms

Geologica Resource Corp. (TSE:GRCM) has released an update.

Geologica Resource Corp. has revised the terms of their unit financing, increasing the accelerator clause trigger from a VWAP of $0.10 to $0.20. The company plans to raise $350,000 through the issuance of 10 million units at $0.035 each, to fund exploration at the Topley project and cover general administrative costs. The financing is subject to a four-month resale restriction as per Canadian securities regulations.
