Geologica Resource Corp. is poised to enhance its financial position by offering 10 million units at $0.035 each to raise a total of $350,000. This capital injection will fund exploration efforts at the Topley Landing Project and cover general administrative expenses. Investors who take part will receive a share and a warrant, with the latter exercisable for additional shares under specific conditions following a four-month hold period.
