Geologica Resource Corp. successfully completed its planned financing, raising $150,550 through the issuance of over 4.3 million units. Additionally, the company has finalized the acquisition of the Topley West Property and settled outstanding debts by issuing shares. The funds raised will be allocated to exploration activities and general administrative costs.
