Genus plc has announced the grant of conditional nil-cost share options to its Executive Directors and the Genus Executive Leadership Team under the company’s 2019 Performance Share Plan and Deferred Share Bonus Plan. The options are linked to the performance conditions outlined in the upcoming Genus 2024 Annual Report. Additionally, Chief Scientific Officer, Elena Rice, has sold shares on the London Stock Exchange to cover tax obligations from the vested options.
