Genuit Group PLC, a major UK provider of sustainable solutions for the built environment, has expanded its portfolio with the strategic acquisitions of green roof specialist Sky Garden Limited and underfloor heating leaders Omnie and Timoleon. The acquisitions, totaling £5.2 million, are set to enhance Genuit’s product offerings in water and climate management, tapping into the growing market for urban greening and energy-efficient building solutions. These new additions are anticipated to contribute £6-7 million in revenue for the remainder of the year without materially impacting earnings for 2024.
