Genuit Group ( (GB:GEN) ) has provided an update.

Genuit Group has disclosed that chief executive officer Joe Vorih and chief strategy and sustainability officer Martin Gisbourne have exercised nil-cost options over 26,034 and 5,055 ordinary shares, respectively, under the company’s long-term incentive plan awarded in April 2023. Both executives sold a portion of the shares to meet tax and national insurance obligations, with the transactions conducted outside a trading venue and formally notified under market abuse regulations, underscoring routine executive equity-based compensation rather than a change in strategic direction.

Following the tax settlements, Vorih acquired 13,860 shares and Gisbourne 2,581 shares, increasing their direct shareholdings in the group and further linking their remuneration to shareholder value. The move highlights Genuit’s continued use of performance-linked share awards as part of its senior management pay structure, a practice closely watched by investors for signals on governance, alignment of interests, and confidence in the company’s longer-term prospects.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:GEN) stock is a Buy with a £388.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Genuit Group stock, see the GB:GEN Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on GEN Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, GEN is a Neutral.

The score is driven primarily by solid but not standout financial performance (better margins and earnings, but uneven revenue, rising leverage vs prior years, and weaker cash conversion). This is offset by weak technical momentum with the stock trading below key moving averages and bearish MACD/oscillators. Valuation and a ~3.24% dividend yield provide moderate support.
