Gentrack Issues New Shares for Director Remuneration

Gentrack Group Ltd (AU:GTK) has released an update.

Gentrack Group Limited has reported the issuance of 4,617 new ordinary shares, valued at $10.83 each, as part of directors’ remuneration, according to resolutions passed by shareholders and directors in 2021 and 2024, respectively. This capital change increases the total number of ordinary shares to 103,494,986, representing a 0.004% change. The newly issued shares are fully paid and rank equally with existing ordinary shares.
