Genting Singapore Limited successfully held its 39th Annual General Meeting with key executives and directors present, alongside the company’s auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and scrutinizer T S Tay Public Accounting Corporation. The meeting saw the adoption of a new electronic polling system for resolutions, with voting taking place shortly after each resolution was presented.
