Genpact Limited has announced the appointment of Nicholas Gangestad, CFO of Rockwell Automation, to its Board of Directors and audit committee. With a rich background in finance, including a previous role as 3M’s CFO, Gangestad brings valuable experience to Genpact. His expertise in compliance, financial planning, and taxation will support the company’s growth. As a non-employee director, he will receive a base cash retainer and additional compensation for his audit committee role, alongside an annual grant of restricted share units.
