Genmin Ltd Director Adjusts Shareholdings

Genmin Ltd. (AU:GEN) has released an update.

Michael Arnett, a director at Genmin Limited, has exercised options resulting in a change to his direct and indirect shareholdings in the company. Arnett, through Mayburys Pty Ltd where he is a director and shareholder, acquired 166,666 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares at $0.20 each and disposed of an equal number of unlisted $0.20 options expiring in March 2026. As a result, Arnett now holds a total of 1,401,960 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares in Genmin Limited.
