Van Rooyen held 536,398 fully paid ordinary shares, 600,000 performance rights, and 178,799 unlisted options in the company. This mandatory disclosure, as per listing rules and corporate regulations, provides transparency to shareholders and the public regarding the director’s final financial interests in the entity.
