Genmin Director’s Share Holdings Adjusted

Genmin Ltd. (AU:GEN) has released an update.

In a recent update from Genmin Limited, Director Giuseppe Ariti’s holdings have changed due to the lapsing of 683,750 Performance Rights, which were unable to meet the required conditions. Consequently, Ariti’s direct interest in the company remains at 20,183,211 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and 340,000 unlisted options. No new securities were acquired, and the change did not involve any monetary transactions.
