Genmin Limited has announced a change in the holdings of director Michael Arnett, who now has an altered interest in the company’s securities. Arnett’s portfolio adjustment includes the acquisition of 800,000 new Performance Rights and the lapsing of 400,000 due to unmet conditions. This shift in director’s interests reflects transactions approved at the Annual General Meeting and does not involve any closed period trading requiring prior clearance.
