Genmin Limited has announced a change in the interests of director Giuseppe Ariti, who exercised 340,000 options at $0.20 each, resulting in an increase in his holdings to 20,523,211 fully paid ordinary shares. The transaction, which took place on August 26, 2024, is detailed in the company’s recent filing to the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.2.
