Genmin Limited has announced key corporate and project updates, including significant meetings at the upcoming 2024 Forum on China-Africa Cooperation aimed at advancing project financing for its Baniaka iron ore project in Gabon. The company has completed a comprehensive draft of the mining convention for submission to Gabon’s Minister of Mines, and is moving forward with the recruitment of a new CEO, having shortlisted four candidates. Updates on these developments are expected by late September 2024.
