Genmab Announces Share Capital Boost from Warrants

Genmab (GMAB) has released an update.

Genmab A/S, the Copenhagen-based biotechnology firm, is set to bolster its share capital by 11,729 shares following the exercise of employee warrants, with proceeds approximating DKK 13.1 million. This capital increment will comprise just about 0.02% of the company’s total share capital and will consist of ordinary shares with equal rights, including dividend entitlements, with plans for these shares to be listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen. The capital increase, which is pending registration with the Danish Business Authority, will bring the total nominal share capital to DKK 66,176,831, reflecting an equal number of shares and votes.
