Genius Metals Inc. has launched a private offering aiming to raise $500,000 through the sale of units consisting of shares and warrants, with the proceeds slated for the development of their projects in Québec and Morocco. The offering, which is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, will also support the company’s general working capital needs.
