Management at both companies describe the fee and performance structure as designed to incentivise revenue generation from existing clients, potentially strengthening GenIP’s credibility and market footprint while enhancing Cardinal IP’s service offering across the full innovation lifecycle for stakeholders in corporate R&D and legal services.
