GENinCode UK Ltd. (GB:GENI) has released an update.
GENinCode PLC, a company dedicated to the genetic assessment of cardiovascular disease, has announced the issuance of new share options to directors and employees as part of their 2021 Share Option Plan. The new options amount to 10.95% of the current issued share capital, with an exercise price set at 5 and 10 pence, vested on the second anniversary of the grant. This move comes as a replacement for previously surrendered options and aims to incentivize staff and align their interests with the company’s long-term objectives.
