Genie Energy Ltd. has amended its compensation agreement with CFO Avi Goldin, effective January 1, 2024, for a three-year term. Goldin will receive a yearly salary of $425,000, a guaranteed annual bonus of $150,000, and potential discretionary performance bonuses. Additionally, the agreement includes severance terms for particular termination scenarios or if the agreement is not renewed.
