The successful implementation of the acquisition scheme and takeover offer is contingent on meeting remaining conditions, including Genex shareholder and court approval. The company’s Independent Board Committee continues to recommend that shareholders vote in favor of the scheme and accept the takeover offer, barring any superior proposals.
