Genex Director’s Share Options Cancelled

Genex Power Ltd. (AU:GNX) has released an update.

Genex Power Limited has reported a change in the interests of Dr. Ralph Craven, a company director. Dr. Craven’s indirect interest via a family trust saw the cancellation of 4 million options exercisable at $0.34, expiring on 10 September 2024, as part of a members’ scheme of arrangement for the acquisition by JPGA Partners Pty Ltd. Following this transaction, Dr. Craven’s trust retains 1,048,188 fully paid ordinary shares in Genex.
