Genetic Signatures Limited has announced a new securities issue, proposing to offer over 32 million ordinary shares for an accelerated offer and an additional 8 million shares through placement or another type of issue. The offer includes key dates such as the ex-entitlement date and the record date set for 6th June 2024, with the offer closing on 1st July 2024 and issue date for retail holders scheduled for 8th July 2024.
