Genetic Signatures Ltd. announces board changes, including the appointment of Anne Lockwood and Caroline Waldron as Non-Executive Director and Chair, respectively, alongside the resignation of Dr. Tony Radford and the retirement of Dr. Nick Samaras. The reshuffle is part of the company’s strategic growth plan following the FDA clearance of their EasyScreen™ Gastrointestinal Parasite Detection Kit. The company is also seeking an additional director with commercialization experience to further strengthen its board.
