Genetic Signatures Limited has announced a change in Director Caroline Waldron’s interest in the company, with an acquisition of 3,302 additional fully paid ordinary shares, valued at $2,476.50. Following the change, Waldron now holds a total of 22,514 ordinary shares and 250,000 options. This change in director’s interest was part of the company’s GSS Retail Entitlement Offer.
