Genesis Scale Holdings has notified its registered shareholders that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 annual report, circular, notice of annual general meeting and proxy form are now available online on the company’s website and the Hong Kong stock exchange website. Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed copies will receive them by mail, while others are encouraged to access documents electronically.
The company is asking shareholders who prefer printed versions, or who have difficulty receiving email notifications or accessing online documents, to return a reply form to its Hong Kong branch share registrar to specify their communication preferences. It also stresses that shareholders must provide a functional email address to receive future corporate and actionable communications electronically; otherwise, they will continue to receive such notices and documents in printed form by post.
