Genesis Land Development Corp. has announced the sale of a 40% stake in its Huxley residential development project in Calgary to two local home builders, with the deal valued at $21.4 million. The 160-acre Huxley project, set to feature around 1,400 homes, has received necessary approvals and development has begun. The partnership promises to enhance collaboration and benefit future residents with quality homes in the burgeoning Belvedere community.
