Genesis Energy Limited ( (DE:1G6) ) has shared an update.

Genesis Energy has announced that director Catherine Drayton will resign from the board effective 23 June 2026, ending a tenure that began in March 2019. Drayton, who has served as both a member and chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, is credited by the board with making significant contributions to governance, strategy and risk management over the past six years, and her departure will necessitate a refresh of board oversight in these key areas for the major energy utility.
