Genesco Inc. has appointed Cassandra “Sandra” Harris as the new Senior Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 7, 2024. Harris, an experienced finance leader with a background in global retail and consumer brands, will succeed Thomas A. George upon his retirement. Her extensive experience includes roles at Artisan Design Group, Tupperware Brands, and V.F. Corporation. Harris’s appointment is part of Genesco’s strategy to drive sustainable growth and shareholder value, and she will be responsible for overseeing various financial and strategic functions within the company.
