Generation Uranium Inc. successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting, with shareholders voting in favor of all proposed items, including the election of all director nominees and the approval of an amended Stock Option Plan. The plan allows for up to 10% of the company’s issued shares to be available for stock options, pending final TSX Venture Exchange approval. Additionally, the company reaffirmed key executive positions, including CEO and CFO.
