Generation Uranium Inc. announced the closing of the first tranche of its oversubscribed private placement, raising $167,500 through the issuance of 3,350,000 units at $0.05 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and a warrant to purchase an additional share at $0.10 within two years. The proceeds will support general working capital and ongoing exploration activities. The offering is pending final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
