Generation Essentials Group Class A ( (TGE) ) just unveiled an update.
On December 19, 2025, The Generation Essentials Group (TGE), a subsidiary of AMTD Digital Inc., successfully priced and listed its first sponsored SPAC, TGE Value Creative Solutions Corp, on the New York Stock Exchange, with an oversubscribed initial public offering of 15 million units at $10 each trading under the ticker “BEBE U.” Each unit comprises one Class A ordinary share and half of a redeemable warrant, with the shares and warrants expected to trade separately on the NYSE as “BEBE” and “BEBE WS,” respectively. The deal, which follows TGE’s July 2025 announcement of a SPAC-led expansion and acquisition strategy, targets potential business combinations across media, digital media, entertainment, high fashion, lifestyle, culture and gaming, marking the first concrete step in a broader plan to extend TGE’s platform and create synergistic growth opportunities that could enhance its positioning and value proposition for investors in these sectors.
