In a recent update from Generation Development Group Limited, Director Giselle Marie Collins increased her stake in the company by acquiring 15,075 additional ordinary shares at $1.95 each, bringing her total holdings to 75,075 shares. This transaction was part of the company’s pro rata accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer, as announced earlier in the month. The director now holds these shares jointly with her spouse.
