Robert Neil Coombe, a director at Generation Development Group Limited, has increased his stake in the company by 100,000 shares at a value of $1.95 per share through the company’s pro rata accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer. Following the acquisition, Coombe’s total direct holdings now number 6,080,592 ordinary shares. Additionally, the company has corrected a previous notice stating that Coombe had acquired an interest through a Share and Option Sale Agreement related to Lonsec Holdings Pty Ltd.
