Genel Energy PLC has announced the grant of nil-cost option awards to CFO Luke Clements under the company’s 2021 Performance Share Plan. A total of 69,620 shares are subject to the award, which vests in three tranches over a three-year period, aligning with the company’s performance conditions. Following this award, Clements holds options over 940,863 shares in the company.
