Gemilang International Ltd. has announced the appointment of Ms. Kwok Yuen Lam Sophia as an independent non-executive Director and a member of the audit committee, effective from June 21, 2024. Ms. Kwok, a seasoned legal professional with over 19 years of experience, will serve a three-year term and receive an annual fee of HK$100,200 plus a discretionary bonus. The company has expressed confidence in her independence and qualifications for the role.
