Gemfields Shareholders Endorse Resolutions at AGM

Gemfields Group (PLLHF) has released an update.

Gemfields Group Limited reported the successful approval of all ordinary resolutions at their Annual General Meeting, with a notable endorsement from over 75% of shareholders for both non-binding advisory votes. However, it was noted that a special resolution regarding the issuance of shares for cash did not receive the necessary 75% majority to pass. The AGM saw a 67.30% representation of Ordinary Shares, demonstrating solid shareholder engagement.
