Gemfields Group Limited announces a reshuffle of its board with new appointments, including Bruce Cleaver as the new Chair and Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from July 1, 2024. Cleaver’s experience as former CEO of De Beers Group is expected to guide Gemfields through its next growth phase, which includes significant expansion projects like the construction of a new processing plant. The company also acknowledges the invaluable service of outgoing members Martin Tolcher, Lumkile Mondi, and Carel Malan.
