Gemfields Group Limited has announced the issuance of 667,000 new ordinary shares due to an administrative error, with 335,000 of these being excess and held for future allocation. The total number of shares in issue, each with voting rights, is now 1,167,362,130. This current share count establishes the total voting rights figure for shareholders to base their notifications of interest changes.
