Gemdale Clarifies Apollo Asia’s Guarantee Cap

Gemdale Properties & Investment (HK:0535) has released an update.

Gemdale Properties and Investment Corporation Limited has provided additional information regarding Apollo Asia Link Limited’s role in a financial agreement, stating that Apollo Asia has capped its guarantee obligations to 50% of the borrower’s outstanding repayment and interest expenses. This supplemental announcement follows their initial disclosure on 12 July 2024.
