Gem Diamonds Limited has successfully passed all resolutions during its Annual General Meeting, with significant shareholder support for most items, despite some resolutions such as the Directors’ Remuneration Policy and authority to allot shares not receiving overwhelming approval. The company notes the lack of 80% support for certain resolutions is primarily due to the votes of a significant shareholder, and plans to continue engaging with shareholders to address any concerns. Gem Diamonds, known for the high-value diamonds from its Letšeng mine, remains committed to transparency and UK-listed market best practices.
